Brief Answer:
More details needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

You are having different symptoms which do not belong to a single disease or condition but may show different diseases and conditions.
I think diarrhea is possibly caused by gastrointestinal tract infection.
Neck pain is probably not related to it.
The lump in groin may not be much related to having diarrhea but possibly to any urinary tract infection.
I want to know some more details such body temperature?
If you have discomfort while urination or discharge from urethra?
Do you have painful neck often or this just happened casually?
How many days have you had diarrhea?
Waiting for your follow up question in order to better clarify your concern.
