Is there something that can be Done about open bite, and this?
Brief Answer:
Dental/skeletal malocclusion, orthodontic treatment, surgery
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query and images.
As per the images uploaded by you, you have skeletal and dental malocclusion, you need to consult an Orthodontist and Oral maxillofacial surgeon and get it evaluated. You need to get radiographs (X rays) done. After the radiographic analysis we can plan the treatment. Based on the findings we can manage accordingly by orthodontic treatment(braces) or surgery.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Acquired problem, jaw discrepancy, orthodontic treatment
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.
I have gone through your query. Nobody can be born with maloclusion. It is an acquired condition. It depends upon many factors like growth and development of your jaw bones, habits like thumb sucking, nail biting (in childhood) and any discrepancy in jaw growth can lead to maloclusion like crowded teeth, open bite, deep bite etc.
If there is a discrepancy in the alignment of the teeth, it can be managed by orthodontic treatment. If there is a discrepancy in the jaw bone, it has to be corrected with orthognathic surgery.
The maloclusion will start by the age of 14 to 16 yrs. It can be treated even in adults by adult orthodontics.
So you need to consult an orthodontist and get the radiographs done, once they do the analysis and assess the jaw bone discrepancy, bone support available around the teeth, we can decide whether you need orthodontic treatment alone or a combination of orthodontic treatment and surgery.
I hope i have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. Take care

Brief Answer:
Orthopantomograph, lateral cephalogram, Nothing called head implants
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.
I have gone through your uploaded images. Better to discuss about a single patients problem at a time. You need to get the following X-Rays/radiographs done,
1. Orthopantomograph
2. Lateral Cephalogram
There is nothing called head implants in correcting malaligned teeth. There is some thing called head gears, that is used in children to correct the malaligned teeth.
Ideal method to treat your problem can be Orthodontic treatment with or without orthognathic surgery. Better to consult an orthodontist and discuss directly because Once we examine you clinically, then only we can tell you what treatment option suits your problem.
I hope i have answered your query. Take care.
