Brief Answer:
Fatty liver seen diet and exercise needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to "Ask a doctor service" . I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the ultrasound results you uploaded and it showed moderate hepatic steatosis which means moderately increased fat in liver. Gallbladder and duct are normal and no other changes have happened.
The fat accumulation happens if you consume too much fats or alcohol which can convert to fat.
Fatty liver is very common in population over 35 and is increased with age.
You can use a low fat diet limiting mostly diary products, red meat, alcohol.
Eat mostly complex fibers, proteins, fruits and vegetables and lots of water. Don't forget importance of exercising.
Try to lose weight and the situation will get better.
Do blood tests, liver chemistry and triglycerides, cholesterol LDL and HDL.
If you can't make the situation better with diet you may need to use medications to lower fats in blood.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
