Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and it seems to be furuncle which is a bacterial infection of the hair follicles.
I need to ask you few questions:
Is you husband having disbetes or any other ailments?
Is he taking any medicines apart from the antibiotics?
I would recommend you to upload the pictures of the affected area under the report section of the site so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
