hello doc, this giddiness is happening to me first time in my life. from the last 4 days i am feeling sleepy all the time. And when i do a little exercise or walking i expirence giddiness. Also, i dont have any problem of BP and sugar.

From the history it looks like you have positional vertigo.
I'll still recommend you to check your BP. Low BP can also cause such symptoms. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking enough water. Dont lift heavy weights.
Also check your CBC(Complete blood count) to see for Hemoglobin and any possible XXXXXXX of infection.
For such patients we give Tab Vertin 8mg thrice daily. You can also start it.
