Brief Answer:
Seems to be infected
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for asking on Ask A Doctor platform
I have seen the image and it looks infected.
Here I would suggest you to apply local antibiotic cream like mupirocin(mupimet) three times a day.
Clean the area by lukewarm water before application.
You can give paracetamol 10 mg/kg three times a day if there is any pain. Watch the lesion and if it is increasing rapidly please consult your doctor as it may need oral antibiotic or drainage.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Continue applying mupirocin
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for follow up
I have seen the new image. Although redness and swelling is there but it has not increased in size and there is no pus formation.
I won't get worried as there is no pain and there is no increase in lesion.I would like to continue the same cream and request you to visit a pediatrician for clinical evaluation.
Regards
