Brief Answer:
Raynaud's phenomenon seen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I am sorry about this situation happening to your beautiful daughter. I see the pictures you attached of her hands and feet and it looks clearly like Raynaud's phenomenon vasoconstriction of blood vessels in hands and feet due to stress or cold. If she is taking any medications such migraine medications or beta blockers.
This phenomenon can be related to any rheumatological issues such lupus or arthritis.
I think she needs to do the anti nuclear antibodies to get checked for lupus or arthritis.
The throwing up may be related to headache she is having possible migraine or cervical spine issues. I think she should get checked also doing a x-ray of the cervical and thoracal spine.
She needs to visit a rheumatologist.
Taking nitrates or calcium blockers can help vasodilation.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
