Brief Answer:
Chemotherapy not required
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for reaching out to healthcaremagic.
Endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia is a precancerous condition and not cancer. Hence surgery is enough. Any chemotherapy or radiotherapy is not required.
Follow up every 6 months is enough. Nothing except examination by the doctor is required.
Hope this helps.
