Question: my aunt is diagnosed with endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia. Her uterus and ovary are removed. Doctor says she doesn't need any chemotherapy. Is that's true or she needs chemotherapy? How often do we need to do follow up? and what are the tests to be done?

Brief Answer:
Chemotherapy not required

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for reaching out to healthcaremagic.

Endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia is a precancerous condition and not cancer. Hence surgery is enough. Any chemotherapy or radiotherapy is not required.

Follow up every 6 months is enough. Nothing except examination by the doctor is required.

Hope this helps.
Regards
