My Baby Is One And Half Mnth Old...she Has Been

Do burping, prokinetic and acid reducing agent will help
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for asking on Ask A Doctor platform
I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Small amount of regurgitation of feeds is quite common in this age. It's more common in bottle fed babies. The amount of air ingestion is more in bottle fed babies particularly if opening of nipple is large. Please let me know whether the baby is breast fed or is on top feeding.
I won't get overly worried as the weight of your baby is fine.
Burping properly after each feed is must in infants as this helps in expulsion of unwanted air from stomach and thus avoids vomiting/regurgitation.
Even after proper burping if regurgitation persists and if it is significant then in such cases acid reducing agents like lansoprazole and prokinetic like domperidone helps.
Both these are prescription medicines so I would request you to consult a pediatrician for prescription.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards

Here lansoprazole which comes in form of dispersible tablet and domperidone drops will help in decreasing the regurgitation.
I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician for discussion and prescription of medications.
