Suffering lower abdominal pain left side of the navel for the last five months.
Used meftal spas, histac 150, drotin ds, buscogast, buscogast plus, d v n -80, anafortan, famocid 40. But no permanent relief.
Did endoscopy and abdomen ultrasound scanning. All clear.
Using anti dipressent tablets zapiz 0.25 mg, zapiz 0.50 (in a day total 2 mg) for the last six years.
Used meftal spas, histac 150, drotin ds, buscogast, buscogast plus, d v n -80, anafortan, famocid 40. But no permanent relief.
Did endoscopy and abdomen ultrasound scanning. All clear.

If all investigations are normal and he is not getting relief from conventional drugs for abdominal pain then this is most likely due to anxiety. Even if he has no typical anxiety symptoms even then this could be anxiety.
Anxiety might present with non specific abdominal pain, altered bowel habits etc symptoms. Zapiz might help to treat the symptoms but there are better drugs available. Combination of Clinidium Bromide, Chlordiazepoxisde can be tried. This is available with many good brands as Libratax, Normaxin etc. You can talk with his doctor for this.
SSRIs are anti anxiety drugs which too can be used in such symptoms. I personally prefer to use Paroxetine for such patients.
This will help to solve his problem.
