Brief Answer:
S1 has slipped forward onto the S2
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.
Anterolisthesis means upper vertebral body slipping forward on the lower vertebral body. Here, in your case, S1 has slipped forward on S2 and its 10 mm ahead the axis of S2. It has happened most likely due to trauma in your case, concerning your history of fall. There are several medicines which can be offered for pain and sometimes, interventional or surgical approach is also used if pain is not relieved by the medicines. I suggest you to meet a spine specialist with all your imaging and current medications. Also, please tell about the current medication details to me in follow-up.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions, I shall be glad to answer them.
Regards,
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
