Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your query.
1. From the images, there is definitely some swelling on the right lip and cheek, especially in the third image. Parotid swellings are around and just in front of the ear. A direct front, side examination, and palpation are required. In addition, parotid swellings will not spread to the lip.
2. I would treat this as cellulitis, allergy, or sinusitis. All these conditions can cause tenderness and numbness in the cheek, mouth, and gums. The list of rare causes is large, however, you should add an anti-allergy medication, start amoxicillin-clavulanate, anti-inflammation medication, and medicated oral rinses for 2-3 days.
3. If no resolution, I would admit and start IV medication. A USG Neck and a plain CT of the Paranasal Sinuses should be done. The attached OPG is not really helpful for sinus issues. It looks like a slight sinusitis/ polyp with inferior nasal turbinate hypertrophy on the right side.
I hope that I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
There is no cause for worry.

Thank you for following up.
1. No, it does not look like a mass or malicious. It seems diffuse and should settle down.
2. Start these medications and follow up with a local specialist after 48-72 hours if required.
3. If any new symptoms occur or the swelling increases, please inform. Some swellings may appear worse in the morning and reduce during the day.
I hope that I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

We are on day 4 of antibiotics with no improvement. In my opinion, it seems to be getting worst especially in her Cheeck area. Any additions input ?
