Brief Answer:
Follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Eosinophilic colitis is a disease in which a type of white blood cell, the eosinophil, causes injury and inflammation to the large intestine. When hard stools passes through the intestine it causes it to rupture from various places. These tears are called fissures.
So as you can see all three problems as written by you are related to each other.

In simple,
Eosonophilic coilitis causes inflammation in intestines.
These inflammed area are injured further by hard stools.
This leads to formation of fissures.

Treatment-
Complete avoidance of food she is allergic to.
Treatment with steroid would be done to cure eosonophilic coilitis.
Continue laxative and stool softener. Cleaner drinking water.
Give her isabghul husk which is a natural bulk forming agent.10gram thrice daily.
Slowly the fissures formed would heal up.
In case fissures persists then closure surgery would be done.
