Question: my daughter is 3 months old. she vomits milk in large quantities after every feed but she doesn't show any discomfort after vomiting. Her birth weight was 2.65kg now she is 5kgs. past few days she is hardly wetting 4-5 diapers a day..is there anything to worry

Does the child vomit entire feed ?

5kgs for a 3 month old child is good, also the output is fine.

child is active. she doesn't vomit the feed at once...she vomits the feed at intervals...well I'm not pretty sure that she vomi6the entire feed...but she keeps vomiting if she is awake but if we put her to sleep she doesn't vomit

There is no need to worry.

Baby seems normal.

If the baby fails to gain weight in next month or two then you may have to get a USG scan done to rule out problems with pylorus of the stomach.
