Brief Answer:
Kindly give few more details

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
This might be from an abdominal colic, nasal congestion or middle ear inflammation.
Kindly give the following details for a better idea:

1. Is there any cold, nasal block or nasal discharge?
2. Any ear discharge or tenderness on pressing ear lobe/pinna?
3. Anyone in family having fever or cold right now?
4. Any vomiting or change in bowel habit?

Kindly get back with details, so that I can guide you better
Meanwhile you can give her Paracetamol to relieve any pain somewhere

Brief Answer:
Include fibre rich items in diet

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXXXXX

Happy to know that she is relieved now.
So it was an intestinal colic secondary to constipation.

In order to make stools soft and easy to pass, we have to include fibre rich items in diet. These include oats, smashed vegetables and fruits.

Also, for a healthy diet, we have to keep 4-5 items in menu and rotate, rather than giving same item regularly. Some diet items will be deficient in some nutrients. So when we take a variety of items, all nutrients will be supplied enough.

I hope this answer will be useful
If you need further clarification, I will be happy to help
Regards, Dr Aslam
