Question: my daughter is suffering from fever since 2 days...it is between 101 n 104 fluctuating. I m giving her sinarest 10 ml every 4 hrs and also giving sponge bath. the fever is still 103 now...please prescribe right medicines for quick recovery.

I have gone through your query. I need more details regarding your complaint. What is the age of your daughter?
Does she have cold, cough, loose stools or vomiting?

Meanwhile I would suggest you to give her Crocin DS 4 times a day or as and when she has fever instead of Sinarest.

My daughter is 4 yrs old and doesn't have cold cough loose stools or vomiting. Giving her rice and milk.

Hi,

Ok, then you can give her Syp. Crocin DS 5 ml as and when required, to a maximum of 4 times a day. You can start her on antibiotics, Syp. Augmentin Duo 5 ml twice daily for 5 day.

If it still persists, it is best adviced to meet a paediatrician and get routine blood tests done.
