My Daughter(3 Years) Had Foot Hand And Mouth Infection A

Question: my daughter(3 years) had foot hand and mouth infection a week before last week. she was fine now but had small skin pealings which I was told is an after effect of the infection. now my concern is I got an Oral Polio vaccination for my daughter today. I totally forgot to inform the doctor about the infection she had. I am very concerned now can anyone help me please.
