Brief Answer:
It seems like external ear infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems to be external ear infection however otoscope examination and if needed audiometry is recommended after a detailed otolaryngologist review.

In that case it may need local soda glycerine administration as well as local antibiotics drops and if painful may need addition of lidocaine into drops. Wax also seems to be present along but once infection subsides, extraction may be performed afterwards. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
