Question: my father aged 55 having following itchy allergy type formed on leg. because of lockdown we are unable to visit the hospitals it looks and symptomatic like eczema can you recommend ointment for the same.

attached images.few weeks back he got first time he used some medication and seems to be disappeared now again he is observing the same
