Brief Answer:
It's RBBB

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm with right bundle branch block and no significant St t abnormalities seen.
So, ECG is abnormal. But, this is likely an age related change. In most the patients with such changes in ecg, this is related to either age or high blood pressure. However, this can also be seen in other heart diseases as well. So, this is a nonspecific finding which may or may not indicate abnormalities in heart. In such cases, we should rule out possibility of heart diseases. So, he should undergo echo and TMT if echo is normal.
In nutshell, ECG shows some changes which is likely an age related change however possibility of heart disease should be ruled out with echo and TMT.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
