Question: my father shows weakness for 6 months,visited physician .he adviced medicine & test . recently showing sign of memory lost{not frequently]. please advice some medicine

For memory impairment, he needs detailed evaluation to find out the cause. As of now, he can take vitamin B 12 supplements (TAB METHYCOBAL 500 mcg once daily after breakfast for 6 weeks).
