Brief Answer:
Possible cellulitis and heart or kidney underlying condition.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and I see a very bad situation of your legs. The circulation is compromised probably by vein insufficiency and also it seems infected like cellulitis.
If your legs are painful and aching also hard to touch and warm and you may feel fever this is a clear sign of infection.
I see a yellow spot on calf that I suspect can be pus because of infection.
These swollen legs may be a sign of heart or kidney problems. Possibly an underlying condition can cause them.
I think you may need to use antibiotics and preferably augmentine or Ceftriaxon to help you cure this infection.
Also keep them elevated.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
