Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to the "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr. Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Such symptomatology is usually seen in a migrainous headache and stress headache.
It is also encountered in some neurological disorders.

You should consult your clinician and get a physical-clinical examination and workup done.
Evaluation of such patients may require a brain MRI scan.

For the time being...

De-stress yourself by meditation and yoga and be somewhat physically active.
It's also recommended to get your vision checked.
Have over the counter analgesics like Acetaminophen (Tylenol) for pain relief.
Avoid alcohol and limit caffeine.
Get adequate sun exposure.
Don't be sleep deprived.
Keep yourself well hydrated.
Avoid bright light and loud noises.

Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

As I told you that such symptomatology is usually seen in stress headache so in my opinion, you should continue with your anxiety medications.

It is not at all advisable to stop anti anxiety medicines abruptly as there is almost always a rebound and symptoms return with an increased intensity.

There are almost always some minor side effects in the start of the treatment but as soon as the proper blood levels of drugs are reached, tolerance develops to these side effects.
Antianxiety medicines take time to show the improvement in the clinical symptoms.

Even if you were not able to tolerate the medicines, you should have visited your doctor who would have revised the treatment regimen.
Please visit your clinician now.

Happy living.
Warm regards.
