Question: my hip to the bottom of my feet keep swelling. I've tried everything to stop it. it's been like this for a week. what could be going on.

I'm 33 in half years old. the swelling came on suddenly. it does hurt in left and hip and feet. all day long it swells. no fever. I have hypertension. I had diabetes in the past. I take gabapentin 400mg 3 times a day, losartan 50 mg 1 time a day, omeprazole 40 mg one time a day, seroquel 500 mg at bed time, singular 10 mg one time a day, zyrtec 10 mp 1 time a day, Prazosin 2 mg at bedtime flonase two sprays albuterol inhaler.

Given your medication history, several of the medications like Prazosin and Seroquel you are taking can cause edema/swelling of the leg or feet.
The pain you are experiencing could occur due to the edema.
However, I would recommend undergoing Xray hip and spine to rule out any bone/joint pathology as well.
Detailed physical examination to assess cardiac status, blood pressure, peripheral arterial, and venous status is also required at this point.
So please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for a detailed evaluation.
Meanwhile, keep your feet elevated whenever possible to reduce the leg swelling.
