Brief Answer:
It is not safe taking Viagra for the moment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that Viagra is not safe in his clinical condition, as we don't know for sure that there is no presence of myocardial ischemia, despite the bypass.

For this reason, I would recommend performing an echo stress test or stress cardiac MRI in order to examine for the presence of myocardial ischemia.

Only after excluding myocardial ischemia after performing one of these tests, it will beOK to take Viagra.

Hope to have been helpful!
