Brief Answer:
Symptoms could be related to disease or drug side effects.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have noted your husband's symptoms. The symptoms of visual hallucinations that he is having can occur in people with Lewy body dementia. The symptoms can also occur as side effect of levodopa.
As of now, you can reduce the the dose of levodopa to 3 per day. In addition, for relief of symptoms, you can add quetiapine tablets.
Thanks.
