![default](/r/images/default.png)
He should be investigated
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I would like to have some more information
1.What is the exact location of Abdominal pain ? Whether it is associated with nausea, vomiting? How does it gets relieved?
2.Whether his Testis is enlarged? Is it tender on palpation? How long does the Testicular pain last and how does it come down?
3.What is the exact location of back pain?
For abdominal pain and Testicular pain', he should get Ultrasound abdomen and scrotum. For low back ache, he should get CT SCAN OF LUMBOSACRAL SPINE.
Increased frequency of stool associated with Abdominal pain can be due to Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I prescribe a Pre and Probiotic capsule twice daily after food for 1 week initially.
For Testicular pain, I prescribe Anti inflammatory tablets twice daily after food for 5 days or till he gets Ultrasound Scrotum.
Ask him to do stretching exercises regularly.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish him good health and speedy recovery
Regards
