Question: my husband is feeling gassy and feeling heaviness in chest from 3-4 days after eating and releasing air from mouth.We did ECg also . its attached. Please advise.

After reviewing the reports attached by you I would like to tell you that the ecg report which you have attached in parts is not showing any significant changes in ecg and overall it’s a normal ecg.
There is one USG abdomen report attached in it which it seems is of different patient.
Your husband is having symptoms of gastritis. Just avoid fried and oily food for couple of day’s, drink plenty of water and take tab pantop der twice a day. Morning dose should be empty stomach. Also take two table spoons of gelusil mps syrup if he feels too much of acidity.
