2. When did you first notice this swelling?

3. Is this the first time you have had this issue?

4. Are a diabetic or hypertensive?

5. Are you taking any medicines for high blood pressure?

6. Please list all the medicines you are currently taking.

7. Is there any pain, redness and increased warmth over the swelling?

8. Is the swelling well defined or is it diffuse and all over the foot and rising above the ankle?

9. Do you have any heart problems or kidney disease?

10. At what time of the day does the swelling become worse, and what makes it go down?

11. If you press with one or two fingers over the swelling, do you get a deep depression?

12. Do you have any pain in the swollen foot?

13. Do you have any fever?

14. Do you have any pain while walking?
