Question: my leg below Anke to leg fingers is paining like anything.. please advise for treatment
Brief Answer:
Take pain killers
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I need details to be better able to help. How did the pain start? Any other symptoms like swelling redness fever etc? Are you taking any medicine? Is this pain radiating from back? Any XRay or tests done?
Meanwhile take painkiller Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg twice a day. If this doesnot work then visit an orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

below ankle
Brief Answer:
Need orthopedic visit
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for your reply.
This seems to be radiating from your back to your ankles. Since it has been 2 months, it did not get better with your intervention at home, it needs an orthopedic visit. He will be able to examine you and confirm diagnosis accordingly. You can visit a doctor who is not seeing covid patients.
Meanwhile you can take your precautions for avoiding strain on your back like avoid prolonged sitting, avoid lifting weights, take adequate rest, do strengthening back exercises, regular yoga, reduce tummy size by reducing weight.
