Brief Answer:
Need not worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I understand your concern
Can you please give few more details?
1. Is the teeth grinding present during sleep, or during daytime only?
2. How frequently she does this?
3. Have you done her blood test(hemoglobin level) to look for anemia? If, please send me the report.
Teeth grinding as a disease(bruxism) is less likely in this age. This usually occur in older children after 3-4 years. It is common for children to have occasional grinding during tooth eruption stages, as a part of their tendency to explore new things. This need not be taken as significant, especially if it is not there during sleep.
Giving iron supplements might help only if there is concomitant anemia. If having iron defficiency anemia(hemoglobin below 11g and MCV below 80), I would have given iron as drops: tonoferon drops(25mg elemental iron/ml) 0.6ml twice daily for 3 months. After 3 months we have to repeat the testing and decide accordingly.
If you need further assistance, kindly get back with details.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Bruxism unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for the information.
As I mentioned earlier, this need not be considered as bruxism. This is the occasional grinding expected normally during eruption. Being too infrequent, we need not worry at all.
We need not give iron for this unless he is anaemic. If you feel he is anaemic, just get a blood routine done, so that it can be corrected with iron. Meanwhile, try to include iron rich items in his diet(legumes, lentils, peas & nuts, meat and liver).
Hope I have answered your query
