Brief Answer:
Anaemia
Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome back.
I have gone through the reports and they indicate anemia and reduced iron stores.
Anemia usually presents as tiredness, easy fatigue,a loss of energy, pallor, leg cramps, shortness of breath and headache, particularly with exercise, difficulty in concentrating and difficulty in sleeping.
Her TLC is normal so bacterial infection is not there.
There is a minor increase in lymphocytes so a possibility of some super added viral illness can not be ruled out.
Liver and kidney functions are almost normal and there is no urinary tract infection.
She should do some diet changes, have more of poultry, green leafy vegetables, pomegranate, bajra and organ meat.
Vitamin C is required for iron absorption and found in citrous fruits.
She can have oral iron supplements or intravenous injections.
The cause of anemia needs to be ascertained.
Kindly go to your clinician who would go for detailed history, clinical examination, blood work like peripheral blood film and anemia profile including TIBC.
In extreme cases, bone marrow aspiration and biopsy are indicated.
Hope that I have answered your query.
Happy living.
Regards.
