Brief Answer:
Mild hypothyroidism is there.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your lab reports and I can understand your concerns.
As per this results, the TSH is slightly high, which means she is having mild hypothyroidism. You can repeat the test after four weeks to assess the progress. It will be better to do FT3,FT4 and TSH.
However it can not explain high heart rate. You can check the resting heart rate to know the base line.
Ask her to take rich in protein containing foods.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
