My Period Is Always In Time And Last 7 To

Question: my period is always in time and last 7 to 9 days. this month I was day late and lasted 3days was very light. I'm feeling sick alot and always tired. I done a hgc test one faint positive 2negative but in 2012 I has my last fallopian tube out
Brief Answer:
Pregnancy not likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
A very faint positive and two negative tests rule out the pregnancy. You can be surer by getting your blood HCG levels evaluated. The mild and delayed bleeding that you had can be related to a mild hormonal disturbance.
Stress, anxiety, fasting and too much exercise can also cause such changes in the cycle.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow-up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
