Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us.

I have gone through your query and would like to offer some information.

If you are using any contraceptive regularly, you need not worry about chances of conception since two consecutive tests are negative. If you wish for further clarification, you can get the blood test for pregnancy done.

Stress can lead to abnormal menstrual pattern and so is sudden weight change. Infection and medication are some other causes.

In the current scenario, I would ask you to see if you have the period in the coming week and get further help from your health care provider if you don't.

A proper clinical evaluation and a trans-vaginal sonogram are helpful to detect the cause and plan further management.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

regards,
Shanti.V.
