
My Periods Are Relatively Regular And I Do Not Have

Question: my periods are relatively regular and I do not have very bad cramps during this time, however I have tremendous mood swings, lot of anger and frustration, bloating, acne, and I have an increased appetite. my therapist says it may be PMDD or premenstrual dysmorphic disorder. please tell me how I can know for sure as it is putting a strain on my personal activities, work, relationships,etc

hello doctor. thank you for your response. can you please explain what the primarose tablet is because when I check online on pharmeasy or netmeds it just shows me primrose oil
