But d dimer is very non specific and can get raised in various conditions other than thrombosis, like cancer, sepsis, inflammation, liver diseases, and many more.
Hence just this d dimer value does not mean anything specific. But a doppler study of leg veins should be done to rule out leg vein thrombosis.

As d dimer is coming down, not to worry. But her lymphocyte count is relatively high. So possibility of viral infection is there. Her hemoglobin is also on higher side, which may be because of sleep apnea. Needs monitoring of CBC every few weeks.
