Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query.
I need to ask you few questions.
Is itching associated with rash?
Are rashes persisting or transient?
Did he have history of fever, cough, cold, loose motions?
If possible upload the pictures of the attached area under the report section of the site so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
Meanwhile give him antihistaminic like tablet fexofenadine 120 mg twice daily.
Regards
De Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Urticaria, take antihistaminics
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be urticaria.
It is an allergic reaction which can occur due to multiple causes.
It can occur due to food and drug allergies, infection, insect bite and sometimes occurs without any cause.
I would recommend you to give him antihistaminic like tablet fexofenadine 120 mg once daily in the morning and tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at night for 10 days.
This will help in resolving the problem.
You can continue with calamine lotion.
