Brief Answer:
Needs removal, electrocautery or cryotherapy,
Detailed Answer:
These are plantar warts.
They have a tendency to spread.
You need to consult a doctor and get them removed by either electrocautery or cryotherapy.
Alternatively you can apply a lotion containing salicylic acid and lactic acid on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks.
This will help in shedding of the infected dead skin.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
