Brief Answer:
further detailed clinical examination and investigations needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...

Well, at this point, there can be numerous causes behind such pain... Since you've already seen the Orthopedic and Neurosurgeon it is advisable to follow the treating doctor's advice in the first place...

If still there's no improvement of symptoms, better to go for a full body check-up under a Neurologist along with a battery of investigations (e.g Complete hemogram, full metabolic profile, ESR, Vitamin D3, and B12 levels, Xray of the cervical spine, etc.)...further management can be decided based on the findings...

Not to worry...

Take Care
Kind Regards
