Brief Answer:
Either IBS or Gastroenteritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for query,
As constipation and loose stools both are present it could either be Gastroenteritis which means inflammation of intestines as a result of viral or bacterial infection or It could be irritable bowel syndrome.Difference depends on duration of symtoms are reports of investigation and response to treatment.
So firstly i would suggest following tests-
Ultrasound abdomen
Liver function tests
Stool culture test(to find out infection)
If all tests are normal colonoscopy needs to be done where high definition camera would be used to see interiors of intestine.
As of now take 2 mg imodium for loose stools and lots of veggies and fruits to avoid constipation
Follow up with reports.
Thanks
