Brief Answer:
A delusional disorder is a possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your description, she seems to be suffering from delusional disorder wherein there is a strong yet false belief of physical symptoms but in reality, there is nothing like that which could possibly be happening.

I'd suggest consulting a Psychiatrist for further management in this scenario.

Hope I have answered your query.
