Brief Answer:
Consider visiting a doctor...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the query. It seems like your wife is in severe pain. If the pain is debilitating, I will recommend a visit to the ER / Urgent care clinic at the earliest.
If the pain is not so severe, can you answer a few questions to understand the nature / cause.
1. Which part of the abdomen is aching - the whole abdomen, above / bellow belly button, right / left side?
2. Can she describe the pain - a dull ache, a burning pain or a crampy pain?
3. Is she running a fever?
4. Does she have pain / burning sensation while passing urine?
5. Any discharge per vagina or vaginal bleeding?
Has she had similar pain in the past?
Does she have any known medical conditions - diabetes, high blood pressure, renal stones, previous known uterine conditions?
Awaiting your response...
Regards
