Question: my wife is suffering from diabetic diarrhea and after CTScan, stool tests, blood tests and USG Abdomen ,she was prescribed Nexpro L and VSL3 .She has taken this for one month. She was advised to take Loparet when needed. In the last 35 days she needed 8 tablets. We tried to reduce the dosage of Nexpro by shifting to Nexpro 20 and ranitin 150. She is having acidity and feeling of fulness. Her diabetes is under control .HbA1C is 6.5. She is 68 and is taking Anastrazole for past 7 years. It is likely to be stopped next month. What kind of management should I follow now as I am her caregiver.
