I am male age 35
since 2 days my back is paining, I think it's just normal move but some kind of sudden pain, and now I am facing difficulty bending for sitting are moving any side when standing I am ok but I am trying to ban or somewhere I am unable to balance my body because of that small pain is a pain I think some kind of now stuck inside bones some kind of stuff I don't know how to explain in English
