its about 3 weeks. it itches sometimes , there is no pain or bleeding. i havent taken any treatment

You can use a topical antifungal cream.
Ointment clotrimazole twice daily application for a month will be helpful to you.

okay thanks. i will buy that. is it dangerous and are those lottle red spots/pimples around the big one from the fungus as well?
