Here is your diet plan for next fortnight for quick weight reduction.It focuses on a negative calorie balance achieved by high protein and low carb diet.

Start your day with lemon juice and 2tsf honey in lukewarm water.It is a great detox ,increase immunity and gives ready energy.

Breakfast-A bowl of oats and one banana.

Morning snack- 1 bowl of watermelon and black coffee with out milk and sugar.

Lunch-Brown rice with vegetables (preferably broccoli,spinach).

Evening snacks-8 to 10 almonds with half cup of skimmed milk.

Dinner-Tomato soup with salad with out dressing (specially tomato and cucumber)

Night snack -Half cup of skimmed milk.

You can (should) have as much cups of green tea ,as you like.

This plan will give 1000 calories....so even if you don't workout,there would be a deficit of 1000 calories.

This diet chart would be nutritious,would give you high energy and you won't feel weakness.It would kick start your metabolism and fat mobilisation.

Say NO to sugary drinks,fruit juices,junk,carbonated drinks,sweets,bakery products and starch.

Keep carb intake less than 20 to 50 grams per day which will decrease the amount of insulin secreted and would cause the kidneys to excrete sodium and water and reduce bloating.

Keep your salt intake less than 4 grams per day.

You can have grilled salmon and tuna and grilled chicken but no red meat.

Have a glass of water,half an hour before meals.

Chew your meals properly.

Have 8 hour relaxing sleep.De stress yourself.
