I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

You are very likely suffering from Upper Respiratory tract infection(URI) and most probably the etiology is viral.

You can take Over the counter analgesics/antipyretics like Paracetamol 500 mg for fever and body ache.
Do tepid sponging if fever is high.
Take antihistamines like Levocetrizine 5 mg at night time for sore throat.
Do hot saline gargles and take steam inhalation,if required.

Such patients with URI are usually prescribed an antibiotic course like Amoxicillin 500 mg thrice a day.

Take plenty of rest.
Have easily digestible,soft diet.
Keep yourself well hydrated.

If the symptoms do not improve,please see your clinician for examination,evaluation,investigations and management.
