Brief Answer:
Nerve related pain likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
The pain that you have in the hip joint seems to be a nerve related pain. Even if all the investigations are normal there can be some mild nerve root irritation. The improvement on taking gabapentin further confirms this. Such pains have a psychological factor also and is aggravated by anxiety.
You need to add methylcobalamin supplements also after getting Vitamin B 12 levels evaluated. Regular physiotherapy will also help in the long term to improve this pain.
I hope this answers your query.
