Question: nose throat and ear pain for two three weeks . pain is all on the right side of the face and jaw area. on inspecting myself found a tiny white patch at the end of the throat on right side near the tonsils. had fever and rash for two days and mild swelling on the right side. not allergic to anything . the pain gets worst when going out in cold .taking antibiotics but the condition is the same

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you are suffering from tonsillitis since you see a white patch on the right side of the throat near the tonsils.
Also the fever,sore throat ear pain matches to this diagnosis.
The fact that you used amoxicillin unsuccessfully means that the infection is resistant to it. You may need a throat culture to check the kind of infection which is causing it and antibiograme will show the right antibiotic you can use.
In our clinic we use ceftriaxone injections to treat this kind of resistant infection.
